Our chef Paul Grosz makes enchanting menu creations from healthy and natural foodstuffs.
The engaged kitchen team attends to your healthy nutrition with first-class fresh natural produce that grows in the immediate vicinity – in part from the organic farm and our own hunt or from our fish pond. Beef and veal and diverse ham- and sausage varieties are 100% from our hotel's own controlled organic farm.
The following culinary pleasures are included in the price:

- Skiers snack in winter and hiking snack in summer in the afternoon in the Lärchenstüberl with hearty and sweet delicacies
